Since having a stomach infection earlier in the year, I have been conscious of my gut health, and so I take probiotics in one form or another to maintain the amount of 'good' bacteria in my stomach.These capsules are a good way of maintaining the balance on a daily basis. Unusual in that they are pink, but this does make them easily identifiable if you are taking other supplements or medicines. I have found them easy to swallow.So far, no problems.

I have been taking these Totality Daily Biotic capsules for a few weeks now and I am really impressed with the results.The main reason I started taking these was for daily digestive support. With 100 Billion CFU and 34 strains, they are highly potent. Importantly, I have experienced absolutely zero digestive issues since starting them; No bloating, no discomfort, just a very happy gut.The biggest surprise has been my hair. I have noticed significantly less hair-fall since introducing these to my routine. This was definitely a benefit I hadn't expected from a probiotic, but it is a very welcome one!You get a full 60-day supply in the bottle, which I think makes them incredibly good value for money compared to other high-CFU brands on the market. The vegetarian capsules are also very easy to swallow.Is it sad that I love that they are pink?!!!

Due to this being a 'Vine' review I'm unable and am not qualified to comment on any health claims made for these supplements, and can therefore only review them as a product.These Totality Daily Biotic 60 Vegetarian Capsules were packaged in a resealable tub. They have clear instructions and relatively clear labelling (although there were logos indicating Made in the UK or Non-GMO) although the listing does claim that they are vegan capsules.They include 34 probiotic, prebiotic and digestive enzyme strains, but other than that it doesn't really describe what is in there.They also come in capsule form rather than a hard tablet - I don't know about other people but I find these capsule types to be much easier to swallow.At a price of £17.99 for 2 months supply I find these to be rather expensive.

I am someone who takes biotics every so often to help deal with gut issues. These came to help promote health gut, however I have been taking these every day for the last month and have seen no improvement in my gut health, normally I would begin to see improvement after about a week, but so far, no noticeable difference.As I am half way through the supply I cannot be confident that these will show results soon.

These live culture capsules are well made, with the capsules themselves being on the larger side of what I've been used to from the past year of taking various live culture supplements.The effectiveness of these capsules is not quite on par with what I've come to expect from probiotics, with only a minor improvement to ease of digestion and going to the bathroom.Overall, I'd consider the value for money proposition to be shaky as I've personally had much better effectiveness from other capsules.

These 'Daily Biotic 60 Vegetarian Capsules' by brand "Totality" take the form of capsules as opposed to tablets. I know that may come across as a bit of a banal thing to say but sometimes people say capsules when they mean tablets and vice versa. The capsules are a baby pink colour and are average sized I would say. I have uploaded a pic with two capsules next to a five pence piece so you can see for yourself. As far as I am concerned they are tasteless. I sniffed the inside of the bottle they arrive in and did get a slight scent but this has not translated into taste so far as I have taken the capsules. With regards taste I wash them down with water too fast to taste anything even if it is there, which I don't believe it is anyway.The pills arrive in a fairly generic plastic pill bottle with a screw cap lid - no child lock. The recommended dose of these is one per day, to be taken with food. This is a 60 capsule bottle and following 1 per day guideline fairly obviously makes it a two month's supply, or thereabouts.It is early days here and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the capsules seem high quality and well made and I am happy to keep taking them for the next two months. I've been taking one per day and haven't felt much in the first week or so of taking them, but importantly I haven't had any ill-effects either. I guess I will have to wait and see with my fingers crossed that the health benefits are real and manifest themselves. I think they're good quality but best I can do right now score-wise is 4 stars because I'm unsure of the efficacy at this stage in time.

Nice touch that they're pink as if you take many supplements they'll stand out from the usual white ones. Bottle is small, plastic and with little wasted space. Also shrink wrapped.Species are listed on the bottle. Took them for 7 days to see if there was any difference. Normally I take a probiotic that's 50 billion, so expecting a bigger effect for these guys being double the dose but no change really- so as effective as the other ones on the market in terms of improving digestion. Generally they can calm down a gut. Would like for them to be vegan certified but they may contain milk.Size of the pill is a smidge smaller than a standard probiotic. Price is in line with others in the market, so value for money.

I really hope these work for me, I will stick to this supplement then. £18 every 2 months (£9 a month) seems like a good price to me, especially if it helps me deal with one of my biggest issues. Bloating is honestly no fun at all…I will update the review if I notice any issues, but for now I'm definitely recommending it.Last thing to mention - it's suitable for vegetarians and also halal friendly. Very pleased with these. The tablets are quite large, but they’re easy to swallow and they appear to have a good range of ingredients. I'm not an expert, but was advised that prebiotics are needed to support the probiotics, so that is what drew me to try these.I have recently spent a few months in SE Asia and my tummy hasn't been entirely happy, so these are being very effective in helping everything settle back to normal. Easy to incorporate one tablet per day into my routine and I haven't experienced any aftertaste or other side effects.£17.99 for a 60 day supply is excellent value for money, compared to brands I have tried previously.

As an off/on user of probiotics for the past 3 years (as I sometimes like to have little breaks of any supplement I am taking) I am very pleased with these capsules.In the past, I have reviewed ones that need taking on an empty stomach - which I found really difficult to manage as I graze with small amounts of food during the day/might.These are designed to be taken with food; problem solved! And if I'm going out for the day, I simply pop one in my bag (as I normally stick to my regime of taking one with lunch each day).They are easy to swallow and I only have to take one capsule daily (some other brands, it's two).They are easing my bloating and making me regular - all good!The £17.99 price tag for a two-month supply sits right for what I'm used to paying.Nothing to dislike - 5-stars.

I was fortunate enough to receive these Totality Daily Biotic Capsules via the Amazon Vine Programme - Thank You.They arrive in a plastic tub with a gold coloured screw top lid, which make them look an expensive brand.I’ve been taking them for over a month now and have felt the benefit on my digestive system. I occasionally feel a little bloated, especially after a larger meal, but since taking these biotic capsules this has subsided.The probiotics and prebiotics work together to maintain a healthy gut. The capsules are a nice pink shade, which is helpful for anyone taking several daily supplements, to identify them. I’m not always good at swallowing larger capsules, but I find these are fairly easy to swallow. It is recommended as one a day with food. This two months supply is good value for the money knowing the benefits on maintaining a healthy digestive system.

I have been using these for a few weeks now and they have had a positive effect to my stomach and the way my tummy digests food. It has genuinely decreased the bloating around my stomach and I have had no uncomfortable trapped gas rumbling around my belly which now is making eating carbs so much more manageable and not uncomfortable.I take mine with breakfast on a morning and seem to work for me, it lasts me all day until even when I have my evening meal I don’t have any uncomfortable tummy pains.I have tried a number of different kinds of pro biotics over the last few months but feel this seems to be working well and is delicate on my tummy, it has not shown any side effects while I have been them.I believe that is they are good value this has been effectively working. They are no different in size to any other vitamin that I take and have absolutely no smell or taste, they are easy to swallow and with them being pink I always remember that I have taken them.So far so good highly recommended.
