Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. Type 1 and type 3 collagen with added vitamin C, they are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects.

At the end of the day, glad I came across the product. Quality is better than expected for the price. Works perfectly. Fast delivery and well-packaged. Would definitely get this again. Good durability overall.

These capsule from Totality have a lighter dose of collagen, just 400mg per dose of two capsules. This is quite a low dose - for comparison my last three orders of collagen have contained 1200, 5000 and 1200mg. That may well be what you are looking for, and it is clearly stated in the product name, but just so as you know.Anyway, these capsules have an opaque white vegetarian outer shell, and the contents are pure white. They are slim, and easy to swallow with a sip of water. As well as collagen there is vitamin C at 125% NRV.The bottle contains 60 caps, for a 30 day supply. It is delivery with a tamperproof seal, but note that it is not childproof once opened.Overall: small, easy to swallow caps, but note the relatively low collagen content.

Been taking these a while now and can honestly say they work well.Easy to take and swallow.Good quality and good anount of supply.Would recommed.

Got these for my mum to try especially as she is post menopausal and find that her joints ache more than before.Mum has not noticed any side effects from taking these capsules and has noticed her joints aren’t so achey but it is still early days to tell what benefits will be achieved taking long term.At £17.99 for a months supply at time of review feel the capsules are good value for money.

I am a big supplement sceptic, that said I am also of a certain age where the skin is starting to show how long it has been holding the rest of me together.I imagine that this bottle supplied FOC as part of the vine program is not going to last long enough for any demonstrable results to be observed and I am not sure I would wish to add the monthly cost to my groceries bill when I could possibly by some extra native protein sources to my supermarket trolley.So from me it is a passively neutral review with neither positive or negative opinion. Just another food supplement at the end of the day. Does it work? Who knows until it is rigorously tested.

A nicely packaged product but with some caveats.On the plus side it has Vitamin C: Vitamin C helps your body absorb and use collagen properly, so it’s great that they included it.Good source: It uses wild-caught marine collagen, which is generally easier for the body to absorb than beef collagen.Easy to take: Capsules are way more convenient than mixing messy powders into your drinks.There are some caveats though. This is is an incredibly small amount of collagen.The label shows that a serving of 2 capsules only gives you 400mg (which is just 0.4 grams) of collagen.Most studies show that you need between 2,500mg and 10,000mg a day to actually see a difference in your skin, hair, or joints. To get even a basic 2,500mg dose from these, you’d have to swallow 12 or 13 capsules every day, meaning the bottle would only last you about 5 days.If you just want a good Vitamin C supplement with a tiny bit of collagen on the side, it's fine. But if you are serious about seeing results for your skin or joints, you're much better off buying a stronger dosed capsule.

We got these to try and we added them to our daily supplements. We use collagen these days to try and help with our skin. But they do offer more than that as well.These are easy enough to swallow with water and don’t have any real taste to them. After using them for a while we’ve found them to be effective and have kept our skin looking a bit better. These have a decent mix in and the quality seems quite good.For the cost they are okay. They do as they should and are priced like others. Overall we’re happy with them.

My biggest worry with any marine-sourced supplement is always the potential for a fishy smell or a weird aftertaste later in the day, but I am happy to report there is none of that here.You get 60 capsules, which provides a full month's supply. While I know skin and joint changes can take months to really show up, I have noticed since starting my collagen routine that my nails are growing much faster and feel a lot less brittle than they did before. I also appreciate that they included Vitamin C in the formula to help with absorption, so it’s one less extra pill I have to remember to take. Knowing the collagen comes from a wild-caught source gives me some peace of mind about the quality, too.My only complaint is that this formula includes Magnesium Stearate, which is an additive I try to avoid. These collagen capsules are easy to take and feel fine day to day. They are a bit pricey, but collagen supplements are normally on the higher side anyway. The strength is good and the tub itself has a nice feel to it. So far, no issues and they seem like a solid option.

I researched marine collagen for this review and was surprised to find that you need 2500mg - 10,000mg of hydrolized collagen peptides for a regular daily dose. This product has 200mg per capsule (or 400mg per 2 capsules which is what they suggest as 1 serving). To get 5000mg you'd need 25 of these capsules a day - practically the whole bottle. If your goal is to take an amount of collagen that is on par with what studies show is evidence-based effective - this supplement won't come close to those amounts unfortunately.It seems that a marine collagen powder where a single scoop could get closed to 5000mg - 10,000mg would be a better option to get the evidence-based amount of collagen needed for a good effect.The bottle is very pretty but - it seems this product is style over substance.

Bought this at the request of my wife for her use. Easy to follow instructions and the capsules are easy to swallow. She has noted beneficial effects of firmer skin, especially on her face. She's happy and hasn't told me it doesn't taste good, so I can only assume it tastes ok. Recommended by her.

Arrived quickly with Amazon Prime.I have been taking collagen for some time from different vendors but always in a capsule form, I am not one of those that likes adding things to my drink, I want a quick and effective way to digest the supplements I need.I have been using these capsules for a few weeks and found that they give no side effects and I am happy to continue to take them each day.The capsule are easy to swallow and come in a capsule form that is 20mm in length. There is no taste or odour to the tablet. They come in a plastic container that has a twist lid. This lid is not child proof and so they should be kept out of reach. Not that it affects me, but there is also a warning that it should not be taken if pregnant or trying top be.
